Complete Private Aviation Solutions for India

From fractional business jet ownership to emergency air ambulance evacuation, Airlogic provides every dimension of private aviation in India — operated by pilots, priced with transparency, and structured around your actual needs.

Aircraft Co-Ownership

Own a carefully managed share of a business aircraft — without the full capital burden of sole ownership. Airlogic structures co-ownership arrangements using clean SPV frameworks, giving you guaranteed flying hours, professional maintenance oversight, and complete visibility over every cost. No hidden charges. No broker in the middle.

Air Ambulance

When a medical emergency demands rapid, dignified and clinically equipped air transport, the difference between a broker and an operator is measured in hours. Airlogic is building a dedicated air ambulance operation in India — purpose-configured aircraft, trained paramedical crew, ethical pricing. Launching 2027.

Private Air Charter

On-demand private aircraft charter across India — for corporate travel, remote site access, time-sensitive movements or leisure. Airlogic quotes directly from operators, not through aggregators or agents. You receive a single, fully itemised price. No variable surcharges. No third-party commission buried in the quote.

Helicopter Services

Helicopter charter and operations for corporate movements, infrastructure survey, agricultural applications, medical first-response support and leisure. Available across India with DGCA-licensed operators. Airlogic manages operator selection, regulatory compliance and mission coordination.
THE AIRLOGIC DIFFERENCE

Aviation Built on Integrity

Indian private aviation has a structural problem: too many middlemen, too little transparency, and pricing that benefits brokers rather than passengers or operators. Airlogic was founded to fix that — one arrangement at a time.

No Brokers. Ever.

Every aircraft arrangement Airlogic structures is negotiated directly — between us, the operator, and you. There are no third-party brokers, no referral commissions and no inflated base rates designed to accommodate a margin you never agreed to.

When you receive a quote from Airlogic, it is built from the actual operator invoice upward — not from a market rate downward. You see what we see. That is not standard practice in this industry. It is the only practice we accept.

Pilot at the Helm.

Airlogic is led by a licenced commercial pilot with type ratings on the Airbus A320 and the Beechcraft King Air — two of the most operationally demanding aircraft categories in Indian commercial aviation.

When you ask about aircraft suitability, maintenance cycles, crew capability or operational risk on a specific route, the answer comes from someone who has sat in the left seat. That is a distinction that cannot be replicated by a sales team or a booking platform.

Prepared, Not Perfect.

Airlogic has operated in Indian aviation since 2011. The company has navigated market cycles, regulatory shifts and the difficult economics of building an honest business in an industry that rewards opacity.

We have relaunched with a refined model not because the first attempt failed, but because the best outcomes require time, experience and the willingness to act only when the conditions are right — not when urgency demands it. That patience is now your advantage.

Why Co-Ownership?

Full aircraft ownership costs ₹25–80 crore upfront. A 1/4 share gives you 250+ hours per year — more than most private operators ever use.

AIRCRAFT CO-OWNERSHIP

Own a Share.
Fly on Your Terms.

Why own an entire aircraft when you can own the fraction you actually need? Airlogic structures co-ownership arrangements where multiple owners hold defined shares of a single aircraft through a clean, legally sound Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Each owner gets guaranteed access hours, shared professional management, and a proportional share of operating costs — with none of the administrative complexity of sole ownership.
What makes the Airlogic model different is what it excludes. There are no broker intermediaries between you and the aircraft operator. There are no opaque pricing structures that shift cost at the end of the billing cycle. Every co-ownership arrangement we structure comes with a full schedule of costs — capital, operations, maintenance, crew — agreed upfront and never revised without your consent.

SPV-structured ownership — legally clean, tax-efficient, fully documented

Guaranteed minimum flying hours based on your share size

Professional aircraft management and crew coordination included

Full cost transparency — no variable surprises at billing

Direct operator relationship — no broker, no commission layer

AIR AMBULANCE OPERATIONS

When Minutes Matter, You Need
More Than a Charter Broker.

Air ambulance in India is broken in a specific way: families in crisis are handed to brokers who mark up already-scarce aircraft by 40 to 80 percent, with no accountability for crew credentials, medical equipment standards or mission success.
Airlogic is building a different model — a dedicated air ambulance operation with purpose-configured aircraft, trained paramedical crew, and fixed-route pricing that never changes based on desperation. We are targeting the North East India corridor and tier-2 city connections to major trauma centres in Delhi and Chennai.
Operations launch in 2027. If you represent a hospital network, corporate health plan or insurance provider, register your interest now.

Co-Pilot — Air Ambulance Operations

THE FOUNDER

Capt. Manish Dhiman

Founder & Director  ·  Pilot  ·  Airbus A320 + King Air

I have held a commercial pilot licence since 2009, with type ratings on the Airbus A320 and the Beechcraft King Air. I have flown as co-pilot for one of India’s largest air ambulance operators. I know what a well-run air ambulance mission looks like — and I know what a badly managed one costs a family at the worst moment of their lives.
I founded Airlogic in 2011 because the information gap between operators and clients in Indian private aviation was — and largely still is — enormous. Brokers thrive in that gap. I built a company that closes it: transparent pricing, direct operator relationships, and advisory that comes from someone who has sat in the cockpit, not behind a commission structure.
Airlogic 2.0 is the version this industry deserves. Not faster or louder than before — more considered. Every service we offer today has been tested against a single question: would I be comfortable if every client could see exactly how this was structured and priced? If the answer is yes, we offer it. If not, we do not.
My approach to building Airlogic is shaped by a simple conviction I return to often: you do your work as well as it can be done, and you release the expectation of a particular outcome. The quality of the work is the only thing within your control. That is how I fly. It is how I build.
COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything You Need to Know Before Getting in Touch

Seven straightforward answers to the questions we hear most often — about co-ownership, charter, air ambulance, pricing and how Airlogic works.
What is aircraft co-ownership and how does it work in India?
Aircraft co-ownership means two or more parties jointly own a single aircraft, each holding a defined percentage share. In the Indian context, Airlogic structures these arrangements through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) — a separate legal entity that holds the aircraft, manages the operating relationship with the approved operator, and distributes flying hours and costs among owners in proportion to their shareholding. Each co-owner gets guaranteed access hours, full visibility of all operating costs, and professional management of maintenance, crew, insurance and regulatory compliance.
How much does aircraft co-ownership cost in India?
The total cost depends on the aircraft type, share size and operating profile. As a framework: a 1/4 share in a light business jet typically involves a capital contribution in the range of ₹3 crore to ₹8 crore, plus proportional monthly operating costs covering crew, maintenance reserves, insurance and hangarage. What Airlogic guarantees is that there are no costs outside this framework — every expense is documented, pre-agreed and reported in full. No variable surcharges, no management margin buried in invoices, no broker commission applied to the arrangement.
Why should I use Airlogic instead of a charter broker?
A charter broker earns a commission on every booking — typically 10 to 25 percent of the charter fee. That commission is almost never disclosed, and it is built into the quote you receive. Airlogic is an operator-aligned advisory firm, not a broker. We work directly with DGCA-licensed operators, quote from their actual rate cards, and charge a transparent advisory fee when applicable. Our incentive is to find you the right aircraft at the right cost — not to maximise the margin on a transaction.
Is Airlogic DGCA licensed?
Airlogic Aviation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates in compliance with DGCA regulations applicable to aviation advisory and aircraft management services in India. All aircraft operations arranged through Airlogic are conducted by DGCA-approved operators holding valid NOCs and air operator certificates. We do not operate aircraft under our own AOC — we structure and manage arrangements with licensed operators.
What is the air ambulance service and when does it launch?
Airlogic is developing a dedicated air ambulance operation for India, targeting launch in 2027. The model is designed around fixed-route pricing across key corridors — particularly North East India to Delhi and Chennai — with purpose-configured aircraft equipped for clinical-grade patient transport and trained paramedical crew on every mission. In the interim, Airlogic can advise on and coordinate air ambulance requirements through licensed operators. If you represent a hospital network, corporate health programme or insurance provider, register your interest via the contact page.
Does Airlogic operate across all of India?
Yes. Airlogic’s aircraft advisory and charter coordination services are available across India. Our primary operational focus for co-ownership structuring is around Delhi NCR, Mumbai and major business centres, though co-ownership arrangements can be based at any airport with appropriate infrastructure. Our air ambulance development is specifically focused on the North East India corridor, where the gap between medical need and aviation infrastructure is most acute.
