THE FOUNDER

The Story Behind Airlogic

I started Airlogic in 2011 with a commercial pilot licence, a type rating on the Airbus A320, and a straightforward conviction: Indian private aviation was being poorly served by people who understood sales better than they understood aircraft. I believed an operator with genuine flying experience could do it differently.
The years between 2011 and 2026 were not straightforward. Airlogic went through cycles — periods of growth, periods of pause, decisions I would make differently today. I ran the company through market shifts and regulatory changes, and through some of my own misjudgements. That is the honest account.
Somewhere in one of those quieter periods, I read the Bhagavad Gita properly for the first time — not as a ritual text but as a manual for decision-making under uncertainty. The principle that stayed with me was simple: attend to the action, not the outcome. Do the work as well as it can be done. Resist the temptation to cut corners because the result feels urgent. That shift in thinking changed how I run a company.
Airlogic in 2026 is built on that foundation. We are smaller and more deliberate than my early ambitions imagined. Every service we offer has been tested against one question: can we do this with complete transparency and stand behind it without reservation? If the answer is yes, we offer it. If not, we wait until we can.

I am still a working pilot, still flying air ambulance missions out of Delhi. I built Airlogic to solve problems I see from the cockpit every week. That has not changed.

Karmānye vādhikāraste mā phaleṣu kadācana

“You have the right to perform your actions,
but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions.”

— Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 47
HOW THIS SHAPES THE WAY I WORK

What Changed When I Started Paying Attention

The Bhagavad Gita is not abstract philosophy when you apply it to specific decisions. Here is what it looks like in practice for someone running an aviation company.

Slower to commit. More thorough when I do.

Before, I would take on business to keep the company moving — even when something felt misaligned. The Gita’s instruction to focus on the action rather than the return made me understand that half-hearted work produces half-hearted outcomes. I now say no more often. The clients who remain are the right ones.

Willing to be honest about limitations.

Chasing results produces dishonest behaviour — quoting services you are not ready to deliver, understating risks, overselling capability. When the result is no longer the primary focus, being accurate about what you can and cannot do becomes natural rather than commercially threatening. Every Airlogic quote reflects this.

Prepared to wait for the right conditions.

Airlogic has been built, paused and rebuilt over fifteen years. The 2026 version exists because I stopped launching before the foundations were right. The Gita calls this equanimity — the ability to work steadily without being driven by urgency or discouraged by delay. It is, in hindsight, the quality that determines whether a company lasts.

WHAT AIRLOGIC DOES TODAY

The Work That Came Out of This Journey

Airlogic currently offers three services — each structured around the same principle of transparency and direct accountability. Nothing is offered until it can be done properly.
ACTIVE
Aircraft Co-Ownership
Fractional aircraft ownership structured through clean SPV arrangements. Direct operator relationships, full cost transparency, no broker layer. Built for businesses and individuals who want meaningful access to business aviation without sole ownership costs.

→ Learn About Co-Ownership

ACTIVE
Private Air Charter
On-demand charter coordination across India. Quoted directly from DGCA-licensed operators — not through aggregators. Single itemised price, no variable surcharges, no commission buried in the quote.

→ Charter a Flight

LAUNCHING 2027
Air Ambulance
A dedicated air ambulance operation for India — purpose-configured King Air aircraft, trained medical crew on every flight, and fixed-route pricing. Focused on the North East India corridor where the need is most acute.

Talk to the Founder Directly

Every enquiry to Airlogic is answered personally — by me, not by a team, not by an assistant, not by a contact form that goes nowhere. If you have a question about co-ownership, charter, or air ambulance, call or write directly. I respond to everything.

A Note on How I Work
I do not have a sales team. There is no pitch deck, no follow-up sequence, and no pressure to commit on a call. You reach out when you are ready, tell me what you are trying to do, and I will tell you honestly whether Airlogic can help — and if not, whether I know someone who can.
