The Story Behind Airlogic
I am still a working pilot, still flying air ambulance missions out of Delhi. I built Airlogic to solve problems I see from the cockpit every week. That has not changed.
Karmānye vādhikāraste mā phaleṣu kadācana
“You have the right to perform your actions,
but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions.”
What Changed When I Started Paying Attention
Slower to commit. More thorough when I do.
Before, I would take on business to keep the company moving — even when something felt misaligned. The Gita’s instruction to focus on the action rather than the return made me understand that half-hearted work produces half-hearted outcomes. I now say no more often. The clients who remain are the right ones.
Willing to be honest about limitations.
Chasing results produces dishonest behaviour — quoting services you are not ready to deliver, understating risks, overselling capability. When the result is no longer the primary focus, being accurate about what you can and cannot do becomes natural rather than commercially threatening. Every Airlogic quote reflects this.
Prepared to wait for the right conditions.
Airlogic has been built, paused and rebuilt over fifteen years. The 2026 version exists because I stopped launching before the foundations were right. The Gita calls this equanimity — the ability to work steadily without being driven by urgency or discouraged by delay. It is, in hindsight, the quality that determines whether a company lasts.
