PRIVATE AIR CHARTER · INDIA

One Price.
No Surprises.
No Broker.

HOW IT WORKS

From Your Requirement to Wheels Up

Charter is not complicated. The complication comes from brokers adding layers between you and the aircraft. Airlogic removes those layers.
1
Tell Us What You Need
Route, date, number of passengers, any specific requirements. You can call, email or use the contact form. We respond the same day — usually within a few hours. No automated quotes, no online booking system. A real conversation with someone who knows aircraft.
2
We Source Directly
Airlogic contacts DGCA-licensed operators with the right aircraft for your route, confirms availability, and obtains their actual rate card. We do not use aggregator platforms or broker networks. The quote we build is from the operator invoice upward.
3
You Receive One Itemised Price
We present a single quote showing every component: base charter rate, fuel surcharge, airport handling, crew fees, overnight allowances if any, and applicable taxes. Each line is the actual cost. Nothing is bundled to obscure margin.
4
Confirm and Fly
You confirm and pay. Airlogic manages the coordination with the operator, provides flight briefing details, and remains your single point of contact through to arrival. If anything changes, you hear from us first.

WHO WE SERVE

Four Reasons People Charter Through Airlogic

Charter is not only for large corporates. The common thread across our clients is the same: they want to be somewhere, on time, without the friction of commercial aviation — and they want to pay what it costs, not what a broker decides it costs.
CORPORATE TRAVEL
Time-Critical Executive Movement
Board meetings, site visits, investor presentations, regulatory hearings. When a missed connection or a delayed commercial flight has a measurable cost, charter is not a luxury — it is a scheduling decision. Airlogic quotes same-day for urgent requirements.
REMOTE ACCESS
Oil, Gas, Infrastructure & Mining
Many operational sites in India — particularly in the Northeast, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and offshore — are not well served by commercial aviation. The King Air’s short-field performance makes it the standard solution for remote site access across rough and limited infrastructure.
LEISURE & PERSONAL
Weddings, Events & Family Travel
A destination wedding in Udaipur, a family reunion in the hills, a sporting event in a city with poor connections. Charter removes the coordination problem when you are moving a group of people who matter to the same place at the same time. Airlogic handles the logistics, you focus on the occasion.
NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL
Patient Transfer Without Air Ambulance Configuration
For stable patients who need to reach a specialist or move between facilities but do not require the full medical configuration of an air ambulance, a properly coordinated charter with appropriate cabin preparation is often the right solution. Airlogic advises on the suitability for each case.
TRANSPARENT PRICING

What a Charter Quote
Actually Contains.

The standard industry practice is to take the operator’s rate, add a broker margin of 15 to 30 percent, and present the combined figure as “the price.” The client has no way of knowing how much of what they paid went to someone who never touched the aircraft.
Airlogic does not operate this way. We charge a coordination fee which is declared as a separate line in every quote. The operator’s rate is shown at the rate we received it. You can see exactly what you are paying for and why.
The price you confirm is the price you pay. We do not revise quotes after confirmation unless the flight parameters change — and if they do, we explain why before presenting a revised figure.
What Every Airlogic Quote Shows
Base Charter Rate
The operator’s rate for the aircraft on your route — shown at the actual rate we receive, not a rounded or inflated figure
Fuel Surcharge
Calculated from the actual sector fuel burn at current price, shown as a separate line so you can verify it
Airport Handling & Landing Fees
All departure, transit and arrival airport charges itemised by airport
Crew Expenses
Any overnight allowances or positioning costs required for the crew, shown separately
Catering
At cost if requested — or removed from the quote entirely if not required
Taxes
GST and any applicable levies shown at the applicable rate
Airlogic coordination fee: Shown as a separate line. Fixed for the arrangement. Not a percentage of the operator rate.
COVERAGE

Where We Can Take You

Airlogic coordinates charter across India. Route feasibility depends on aircraft availability at the departure location, airport infrastructure at origin and destination, and applicable DGCA requirements for the sector.
METRO CORRIDORS
Major City Pairs
Delhi — Mumbai — Bengaluru — Hyderabad — Chennai — Kolkata — Pune — Ahmedabad

The fastest-moving commercial aviation market in India. Light jets on these routes deliver door-to-door times that commercial aviation cannot match once check-in, transit and connection time is included.

Indicative rate: ₹2.5–5.0 lakh for a 1–2 hour sector on a light jet, depending on aircraft and operator.

TIER-2 CONNECTIONS
Secondary Cities & Industrial Hubs
Jaipur · Lucknow · Patna · Bhubaneswar · Raipur · Ranchi · Vadodara · Coimbatore · Kozhikode · Trichy · Vijayawada

Many of these cities are connected by commercial aviation but with limited frequency and poor connection options. Charter gives you direct access on your schedule.

Aircraft type depends on the specific airport infrastructure. Airlogic advises on the appropriate platform for each route.

NORTH EAST & REMOTE
Limited Infrastructure Regions
Assam · Meghalaya · Manipur · Nagaland · Arunachal Pradesh · Tripura · Mizoram · Sikkim · Remote industrial and infrastructure sites

The King Air B200 and C90 are specifically suited to this region — short-field performance, pressurised cabin, capable in varied weather. Airlogic has particular operational focus on the Northeast corridor.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What Clients Ask Before Their First Charter

Seven direct answers about booking, pricing, cancellation and operations.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Same-day charter is possible for some routes if aircraft are available at or near the departure airport. 24–48 hours is typical for routine bookings. For complex routings, international sectors or specific aircraft requirements, 3–5 days is recommended. Contact us with your requirement and we will tell you what is feasible.
What does the quoted price include?
Every Airlogic quote is fully itemised: base charter rate, fuel surcharge, airport handling and landing fees, crew expenses if applicable, catering if requested, and all applicable taxes. The Airlogic coordination fee is shown as a separate declared line. Nothing is bundled. You see every component before you confirm.
Can I change my departure time after confirming?
Minor timing changes are usually possible subject to crew duty time and slot availability. Changes within a few hours of departure depend on the specific operator and airport. Significant changes to date or routing may require a revised quote. We advise on this at the time of booking and clearly state the change policy in the confirmation.
Is the aircraft I am quoted actually available?
Airlogic confirms aircraft availability with the operator before sending you a quote. We do not quote on speculative availability. If an aircraft becomes unavailable between quote and confirmation, we will tell you immediately and either present an alternative or release you from any commitment.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on the operator’s conditions for the specific aircraft and sector. These are disclosed in your quote before confirmation. Typically: cancellations more than 48 hours before departure incur minimal or no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a positioning or standby cost. We explain these clearly at the quotation stage — no surprises on cancellation.
Can I bring luggage? How much?
Light jets and turboprops have defined baggage allowances that vary by aircraft type, passenger load and fuel requirement. For a typical light jet with 4 passengers, 15–20 kg per person is usually achievable. For specific requirements — golf equipment, large cases, sporting kit — tell us when you enquire and we will confirm what the aircraft can carry.
Are the operators DGCA licensed?
Yes. Airlogic only coordinates charter through operators holding valid DGCA Air Operator Certificates (AOC). We do not source through unlicensed, ad-hoc or unverified operators. Regulatory compliance is not optional and is confirmed before every quote is issued.
